º Previa deducción de los gastos de afinación, ensaye y demás, el Banco de la República expedirá a favor del depositante un "certificado de oro", en el cual expresará el precio neto de la barra, que corresponderá al productor, después de deducido el impuesto de que trata el artículo 1º de la Ley 67 de 1946 .
