Ley 1775 de 2016 · por la cual se exceptúa la destinación específica de que trata el parágrafo del artículo 212 de la Ley 115 de 1994 de un área de terreno denominada “La Casona”, donde funcionó el antiguo colegio San José de Alcántara de Guanentá”.

El predio referido en el artículo 2° se encuentra localizado en el casco urbano del municipio de San Gil, se identifica con matrícula inmobiliaria número 319-11409 y sus linderos son los siguientes:

Norte: En 72 m con la Carrera 10.

Sur: 24.70 m con la Carrera 11 y en 40.20 m con la Casa de la Cultura.

Oriente: en 41,90 m con propiedades de Lilia Jaimes, María Inés Alarcón, Mercedes Silva, Leonor Martínez y José Oliverio Mantilla.

Occidente: En 31.60 m con la Calle 12 y en 21 m con la Defensa Civil y Casa de la Cultura.
