°. De toda sentencia condenatoria se enviaran a la autoridad respectiva encargada de ejecutar las penas, dos ejemplares de la sentencia de primera instancia y dos de la segunda instancia. Una copia quedará en la Penitenciaria o Cárcel respectiva, y la otra se remitirá por el primer correo a la Dirección Nacional de Prisiones.
