Certificaciones . Las certificaciones sobre ejercicio del cargo de Gerente General así como de los miembros de la Junta Directiva, serán expedidas por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público en su carácter de Presidente de la Junta. Las referentes a los demás funcionarios y empleados del Instituto, así sólo las demás certificaciones que deban darse, las expedirá el Gerente General o el funcionario a quien este confiere tal atribución.
