Art. 12 o De esta entrega se dejará constancia por medio de una acta que firmarán el Ministro saliente y la persona que reciba el archivo, y de la cual acta se extenderán tres ejemplares: el primero de ellos quedará en la Legación, el segundo será resguardo del funcionario diplomático saliente, y el tercero se enviara al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
