Para los asuntos que se hallen en la jurisdicción de orden público y en el Cuerpo Técnico de Policía Judicial y que sean susceptibles de las medidas previstas en el artículo 118 de la Ley 23 de 1991, el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial correspondiente, a petición del respectivo Director Seccional de Orden Público o de Instrucción Criminal, podrá asignar un Juez Ad Honorem.
