Reconocimiento de las pensiones . Las pensiones que venía reconociendo los Ministerios fusionados, pasarán a cargo del nuevo Ministerio. Para tal efecto, deberán entregarle a la Secretaría General del Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia, los documentos, archivos magnéticos y demás información laboral que sirvió de fundamento al cálculo actuarial y que será el soporte para la creación de la base de datos necesaria para la elaboración de la nómina de pensionados.
