-4. Régimen aplicable a los usuarios aduaneros permanentes provisionales. A las personas jurídicas reconocidas e inscritas como usuarios aduaneros permanentes provisionales se les aplicarán las disposiciones relativas a obligaciones, prerrogativas y sanciones establecidas para los usuarios aduaneros permanentes, con excepción del numeral 1 del artículo 486 del presente decreto.
