º. El sector público agropecuario bajo la dirección y coordinación del Ministerio de Agricultura, a través de sus diferentes entidades abscritas o vinculadas, desarrollará a favor de los beneficiarios de la amnistía y de los habitantes de las regiones que hayan estado sometidas a acciones subversivas o a enfrentamiento armado, de que trata el artículo 8º de la Ley 35 de 1982, programas de crédito, vivienda rural, dotación de tierras mercadeo, asistencia técnica agropecuaria, reforestación y desarrollo integral.
