Decreto 1059 de 2008 · por medio del cual se reglamenta la Ley 418 de 1997 prorrogada y modificada por las Leyes 548 de 1999, 782 de 2002 y 1106 de 2006 y se modifican parcialmente los Decretos 128 de 2003 y 395 de 2007 en materia de desmovilización individual de los miembros de los grupos de guerrilla que se encuentren privados de la libertad.
