El concordato aprobado obliga al deudor y a todos los acreedores.

Salvo lo previsto en el concordato, mientras éste no sea cumplido en su integridad, el síndico continuará ejerciendo las funciones de inspección o de custodia y de administración de los bienes que no sean transferidos en propiedad o con encargo fiduciario a los acreedores o a terceros.
