Queda facultado el Gobierno para reglamentar esta Ley y prescribir las medidas que estime necesarias para su ejecución. Al reglamentarla determinará, con las excepciones en ella previstas, las sanciones que deban imponerse por violaciones a las disposiciones de la misma. Las multas y penas que se determinen serán impuestas administrativamente por el Director General de Rentas Nacionales.
