Ar. 7.° No podrán introducirse bajo esencion concedida a los equipajes, mas de ocho arrobas de peso por persona. Todos los demas efectos de equipaje exedentes a los que constituyen el peso de ocho arrobas, pagarán el derecho señalado en el Arancel.
