Art. 100 Protestada una libranza, si fue girada sin competente autorización los costos del protesto, incluso en ellos el interés al doce por ciento anual corrido desde el tiempo en que fue girada, son de cargo personal del girador; pero si, por el contrario, éste se hallaba autorizado para emitirla, dichos costos son á cargo personal del empleado que la protestó, cuando la protesta se hizo sin causa legítima.
