Las empresas deberán contar con un procedimiento tendiente a proteger los derechos y garantías, el derecho a la desconexión laboral y garantizar el uso adecuado de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación -TIC, eliminando los elementos y barreras que puedan generar alguna limitación al trabajo remoto.
