El Presidente de la Comisión Permanente de cualquiera de las Cámaras que insista en llamar a quien se hubiere excusado de asistir a las sesiones especiales de que trata el artículo 137 de la Constitución, informará inmediatamente a la Corte sobre la renuencia e indicará el nombre del citado y el motivo de la citación. La Corte Constitucional convocará audiencia privada para oír al citado y resolverá si la excusa fuere fundada, dentro de los seis días siguientes a la presentación del informe por el Presidente de la Comisión.
