Declaración de agotamiento de la fuente . Cuando una fuente de agua pública hubiere sido aforada y se hubieren otorgado permisos o concesiones de uso que alcancen o excedan el caudal disponible, computadas las obras de almacenamiento que existieren, la Autoridad Ambiental competente, podrá declarar agotada está fuente, declaración que se publicará en la sede principal y en la respectiva subsede. (Decreto 1541 de 1978, artículo 121).
