Área en otros terrenos. El área para explorar y explotar terrenos de cualquier clase y ubicación con exclusión del cauce de las corrientes de agua, estará delimitada por un polígono de cualquier forma y orientación delimitado con referencia a la red geodésica nacional.Dicha área tendrá una extensión máxima de diez mil (10.000) hectáreas.
