° El curso tendrá el siguiente personal de planta: Un Director que podrá ser el técnico en administración militar, contratado por el Gobierno, o un Oficial superior. Un Subdirector, que será también Oficial superior. Hasta cinco .profesores civiles o militares, con la asignación señalada para los de la Escuela Militar por hora de clase. Un Escribiente, con $ 60 mensuales, y Tres Asistentes, con una asignación de $ 30 mensuales cada-uno.
