Art. 3.° Los Administradores de Salinas cumplirán puntualmente con lo dispuesto en el artículo 441 del Código citado. Bien entendido que si así no lo verifican incurrirán en una multa igual a las sumas que hayan dejado de liquidar como pertenecientes a los Estados de Boyacá, Cundinamarca, Cauca, Santander i Tolima, sin perjuicio de las penas a que se hagan acreedores por la falta de cumplimiento a sus deberes.
