Facúltase al Gobienro para arreglar con el Departamento de Cundinamarca la cuenta que éste tiene pendiente en virtud del contraro celebrado con el señor Frank Darley Bentley para la reconstrucción, administración y conservación de la Carretera del Noroeste en el trayecto comprendido entre el Puente del Común y Zipaquira.

Los gastos que ocasionare este arreglo se consideran incluídos en el Presupuesto de la vigencia próxima pero no podrán exceder de seis mil pesos ($6.000).
