º Para los pasajes obligados y para los pasajes parciales, es indispensable la expedición del respectivo tiquete, el cual se extenderá por la Gerencia teniendo a la vista el pasaporte, certificado o documento que llene las condiciones pertinentes anotadas en el presente Decreto, y que esté firmado por el empleado que lo expide y por la persona que lo recibe. De este pasaporte certificado se dejará en la Gerencia un duplicado.
