Formación y examen de los expedientes. Para los efectos de formación y examen de los expedientes en los procesos disciplinarios, se aplicarán en su orden en cuanto resulten compatibles con las normas de este Decreto, las del Código Contencioso Administrativo y las del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
