LA NO AFILIACION. Los empleadores que no inscriban a sus trabajadores o pensionados en el término establecido en el Reglamento de Registro, Inscripción, Afiliación y Adscripción, serán sancionados por el Instituto, con una multa equivalente a dos (2) veces el valor de los aportes que se hubieren causado en caso de afiliación. Las prestaciones causadas con anterioridad a la afiliación serán de cargo del patrono en los mismos términos en que el ISS las hubiere otorgado.
