Información a la Superintendencia Bancaria. Toda situación de concentración de riesgo superior al diez por ciento (10%) del patrimonio técnico, que se produzca de acuerdo con las normas del presente Decreto, cualquiera que sean las garantías existentes, deberá ser reportada trimestralmente a la Superintendencia Bancaria. Así mismo, en la misma oportunidad deberán informarse las clases y montos de las garantías vigentes para la operación, lo mismo que las prórrogas, renovaciones o refinanciaciones de las obligaciones que conforman la concentración de riesgo.
