Art. 17. La cuantía de cada pensión la fijará la Corte Suprema teniendo en cuenta los servicios, en mérito de los cuales se solicita, las necesidades de quien la pide i el número de los que tienen derecho a ella sin esceder del máximun fijado en la presente lei.
