Art. 35. El Gobierno puede revisar en cualquier tiempo una adjudicación hecha, y si obtiene la prueba de que fue ilegal, la revocará. Esto mismo hará cuando obtenga la prueba de que una viuda o madre de militar que disfrute socorro observa mala conducta, o ha contraído nuevo matrimonio, o cuando maliciosamente la viuda no cumple la obligación de mantener y educar a los hijos de su marido difunto. Sin embargo, en este último caso, no se llevará a cabo la revocatoria si la viuda asegura el cumplimiento de su deber con fianza personal a satisfacción de la Junta. También se privará del socorro a las viudas, hijos o madres de militares, cuando después de adquirido, obtengan pensión o recompensa por los servicios de estos, según el artículo 7º de la Ley.
