Las personas jurídicas contribuyentes del Impuesto sobre la Renta y Complementarios que con anterioridad a la declaratoria de Emergencia se encuentren domiciliados o tengan establecimiento de comercio en el municipio de Mocoa, tendrán para los periodos gravables 2017 y 2018 una tarifa de retención en la fuente y autorretención a título del Impuesto de Renta del 0%.
