En la venta F. 0. B. el vendedor estará obligado:

A poner la cosa a bordo del buque o medio de transporte indicado, efectuando por su cuenta los gastos que sean necesarios para ello, y

A procurarse el recibo usual o el conocimiento limpio de embarque, y a entregarlo al comprador o a su representante.
