El bono colombiano de deuda interna representa un contrato entre el Gobierno y el tenedor y, por tanto, no podrán alterarse en ninguna forma sus condiciones de pago, sin previo asentimiento de los tenedores, de los bonos en circulación, sin perjuicio de los dsipuesto en esta misma Ley.
