Modifíquese el inciso segundo del artículo 2.1.1.6.4.4 del Decreto 1077 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “El gestor inmobiliario será el encargado de suscribir los contratos de arrendamiento y de arrendamiento con opción de compra en calidad de arrendador y de responder por la idoneidad de las viviendas que postule, las cuales deberán contar como mínimo con acceso a los servicios públicos domiciliarios de acueducto, alcantarillado, aseo y energía.”.
