Art. 112. Cuando el Presidente del Estado en que esté situada la Aduana tuviere datos ciertos de que alguno o algunos de los empleados que componen la seccion del reconocimiento han dejado de cumplir lo prevenido en el artículo anterior, suspenderá al empleado o empleados que resulten responsables, dando cuenta al Poder Ejecutivo nacional.
