LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.8.12. Obligación del Armador. El Armador está obligado a registrar en dicha libreta, en el folio respectivo, los períodos de faenas efectivas de pesca en cada buque, constatados mediante la anotación de las fechas de zarpe y de entrada del buque a puerto después de cada faena registrando el resto de información correspondiente y firmando en la columna respectiva cada una de dichas faenas en el mar.
