°. Comité Operativo de Cultura Antilavado . Créase el Comité Operativo de Cultura Antilavado para prestar apoyo permanente a la Comisión de Coordinación Interinstitucional para el Control del Lavado de Activos, CCICLA, el cual está integrado por

1.

El Ministro de Educación Nacional o su delegado.

2.

El Ministro de Comunicaciones o su delegado.

3.

El Viceministro de Justicia o su delegado, quien lo coordinará.

Parágrafo

Los delegados al Comité Operativo de Cultura Antilavado deben ser del nivel directivo o asesor.
