Créase en la sección primera del ferrocarril central del Norte el cargo de Ingeniero Jefe de las Comisiones de localización entre Bucaramanga y el río Fonce, con la asignación mensual de seiscientos pesos ($ 600), y nómbrase para desempeñarlo al señor Eugene Shaw.
