º . Bono Pensional. Los servidores públicos de que trata el inciso primero del artículo primero del presente decreto afiliados al Régimen de Prima Media con Prestación Definida que se trasladen al Régimen de Ahorro Individual con Solidaridad, tendrán derecho a la emisión del correspondiente Bono Pensional, el cual se calculará con base en las cotizaciones establecidas en el artículo 20 de la Ley 100 de 1993, modificado por el artículo 7º de la Ley 797 de 2003.
