Objeto. El presente Capítulo tiene por objeto reglamentar el artículo 203 de la Ley 2294 de 2023, en virtud del cual se crea el Sistema Nacional de Justicia Familiar, estableciendo los principios y fines que lo orientan, los actores y autoridades que lo conforman, sus deberes, y las instancias de coordinación y articulación para garantizar su funcionamiento.

El Sistema Nacional de Justicia Familiar será liderado por el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.
