° A partir del I° de mayo próximo queda prohibido el empleo de estampillas de timbre nacional de veinte Centavos ($ 0-20), mientras el Gobierno provee al reemplazo de las del mismo valor que actualmente circulan. Entretanto, a los documentos que requieran estampillas de esa denominación se les adherirá el equivalente en otras especies, El Gobierno pondrá en uso nuevas ediciones de estampidas de veinte centavos ($ 0-20) con colores distintos de las anteriormente emitidas, de acuerdo con lo prescrito en el artículo 12 de la Ley 12 de 1923.
