El Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, incluirán en su informe anual al Congreso de la República un apartado sobre el avance de las políticas públicas derivadas de la aplicación de la presente ley, durante los primeros cinco (5) años después de entrada en vigencia.
