Artículo. 2.16.11.9. Coordinación funcional. Sin perjuicio de la aplicación del principio legal que establece el artículo 65 de la Ley 13 de 1990, la coordinación funcional entre la AUNAP y el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible se efectuará de conformidad con lo expresamente previsto en el artículo 2.16.1.2.1. del presente decreto.
