Artículo cuarto. Créanse los siguientes cargos en el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá: 1 Secretario, grado 20. 1 Escribiente, grado 10. 1 Mensajero, grado 1.

Parágrafo

Los empleados a que se refiere este artículo serán destinados a tramitar procesos disciplinarios.
