º. A partir del 1º de enero de 1987, la retención en la fuente aplicable a los pagos o abonos en cuenta gravables originados en la relación laboral, o legal y reglamentaria, será la que resulte de aplicar a dichos pagos o abonos en cuenta la tabla de retención en la fuente contenida en el presente artículo.
