Para hacer efectiva esta prohibición, el Inspector y sus empleados recorrerán en la primera hora de la mañana todos los campamentos, a fin de cerciorarse de la clase de concha que se extraiga por cada empresa. No se podrá vaciar la concha de los sacos ni empezarla abrir sin que haya pasado la visita oficial.
