º. Idoneidad. Las instituciones educativas que pretendan prestar el servicio público educativo mediante contrato, deberán demostrar su idoneidad para este tipo de servicios, cumpliendo como mínimo los siguientes requisitos

a)

Planta física donde se prestará el servicio, si la modalidad del contrato lo requiere;

b)

Perfil de docentes, directivos y administrativos con los cuales se prestará el servicio;

c)

Dotación y soportes pedagógicos con que contará para la prestación del servicio, de acuerdo con la propuesta metodológica a desarrollar;

d)

Proyecto educativo pertinente a la comunidad a la que va a prestar el servicio;

e)

Estrategias efectivas de enseñanza y aprendizaje;

f)

Solvencia económica y capacidad administrativa y financiera;

g)

Sistemas de capacitación y actualización de docentes.
