ARTICULO 148 . REQUISITOS DE INGRESO AL CURSO DE ASCENSO. El aspirante a curso de ascenso, deberá acreditar el tiempo determinado en la reglamentación respectiva, no haber sido sancionado por comisión de faltas graves o gravísimas en los últimos tres (3) años, señaladas en el régimen disciplinario y haber aprobado la respectiva selección para adelantar el curso.
