Art. 2°. Encárgase a esta Junta procurar la organización de sociedades con el objeto de comprar i pagar por mayor los víveres para las plazas i distritos en que se sienta vivamente la escasez de ellos, con el objeto de distribuirlos luego entre los asociados a precios de compra, con solo el recargo de los gastos de administración.
