Modifícase el artículo 102 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 102. Fecha de llegada de la mercancía. Para efectos aduaneros, la fecha y hora de acuse de recibo del aviso de llegada a través de los servicios informáticos electrónicos, se tendrá como fecha de llegada de la mercancía al territorio aduanero nacional".
