° Los servicios de Notariato y Registro son de cargo de la Nación; en consecuencia, corresponde a ésta atender el pago de las asignaciones del personal que los preste, lo mismo que al suministro de locales, muebles, útiles etc., necesarios para su correcto funcionamiento.
