En el presupuesto deberán incluirse, cuando sea del caso, las asignaciones necesarias para atender el déficit o las pérdidas del Banco de la República. El pago podrá hacerse con títulos emitidos por el Gobierno, en condiciones de mercado, previa autorización de la Junta Directiva del Banco de la República.
