Artículo tercero. En desarrollo de lo establecido en el

Parágrafo

del artículo primero de la Ley 4ª de 1963, el Departamento de Cundinamarca destinará el equivalente a un centavo ($0.01) del impuesto al cual se refiere dicho artículo, al Fondo de Caminos Vecinales, y el Distrito Especial de Bogotá dedicará una suma igual a obras vecinales.
